Fee for Services: $150 - $210 (per 45-60 minutes).

Your services at Agent of Change, LLC may be fully or partially covered by your health insurance or employee benefits plan. To understand your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking:

Are mental health services included in my plan?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How many therapy sessions are covered each year?
What is the coverage or reimbursement amount per session?
